SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY
Vplaycloud Finance, operated by Vplaycloud LLC, provides digital bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, payroll support, tax-related, and other professional financial services.
Because our services are delivered digitally, Vplaycloud Finance does not currently ship physical products.
1. Digital Service Delivery
Services purchased from Vplaycloud Finance are delivered electronically through appropriate communication and digital platforms.
Depending on the service purchased, deliverables may be provided through:
Email
Secure document-sharing platforms
Accounting software
Client portals
Video or telephone consultations
Other digital communication methods agreed upon with the client
2. Service Start Time
For recurring services, work will generally begin after the client has completed the required onboarding process and provided the information and access necessary for us to perform the services.
For one-time services, the estimated start and completion time will depend on the scope of work, the condition of the client's records, and the information provided by the client.
3. Client Delays
Service delivery may be delayed if the client does not provide required information, documents, account access, approvals, or other materials necessary to complete the requested work.
Vplaycloud Finance is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.
4. Digital Deliverables
Financial reports, bookkeeping records, documents, and other deliverables may be provided electronically.
Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to their email accounts, client portals, accounting platforms, and other systems used to receive or access deliverables.
5. No Physical Shipping
Vplaycloud Finance does not currently sell or ship physical products.
Accordingly, shipping charges, delivery addresses, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, and physical delivery times do not generally apply to our services.
If Vplaycloud Finance introduces physical products or materials in the future, this policy may be updated to address applicable shipping and delivery procedures.
